Ingredients:
2 seedless oranges 🍊
2c Almond flour
1/2 c Cocoa powder
1 tsp heaping Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1c Sugar
1/4tsp Cinnamon
6 eggs
Pinch sea salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 330f
Simmer oranges whole for 2 hours
Cool and cut into quarters
Purée oranges till smooth in a blender or food processor.
Add remaining ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse till combined for about 2 min.
Pour batter into a springform pan and bake for 40-50 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
